150 Collins Street

An Agreement of Lease has been signed by Westpac Banking Corporation, as the anchor tenant for the APN / Grocon joint development of 150 Collins Street, Melbourne.

150 Collins Street is located at the prestigious Paris end of Collins Street behind the historical Scots church on the North West corner of Collins and Russell Streets, Melbourne

The development comprises approximately 20,000m2 office space and is designed to meet the highest environmental standards with 5 star NABERS and 6 star green star ratings.

Industry Village

A 3.294 ha site located in Port Melbourne, close to the Melbourne CBD and the Westgate Freeway. The site is bounded by Ingles, Fennel and Bertie streets.

The site was zoned light industrial but now falls within new Capital City zoning.

The proposed redevelopment may be carried out in ten distinct stages. This will enable the site to meet market demand as it emerges. To date, four stages have been completed and settled. A new planning permit for mixed use development under Capital City zoning is currently being progressed.
